LazJ虛擬世界筆記（以下稱「本 App」）是一個在你裝置上離線運作的筆記工具，由 LazJ（以下稱「我們」）提供。本 App 目前免費提供，且目前版本不含廣告與內購。
本 App 並非承諾永久免費。我們保留在日後版本中推出下列項目的權利：
任何此類變更，我們都會事先更新本條款與隱私權政策、在 App 內或商店頁面告知，並同步更新 Google Play 的「廣告」與「資料安全」申報。
已付費取得的項目不會因此被收回；你既有的筆記內容也不會因為新增廣告或付費功能而變成需要付費才能讀取或匯出。若你不同意變更，可停止使用本 App，並先用「匯出備份」把資料帶走。
若日後導入廣告，廣告供應商可能會為了投放與計費而處理裝置識別碼等資料；屆時的處理方式、可退出的選項與各地法規權利，一律以更新後的隱私權政策為準。廣告內容由供應商提供，我們不對廣告所宣傳的商品或服務負責。
你在本 App 中建立的一切內容，權利完全屬於你。我們不會取得、不會使用、也無法存取這些內容。你有責任確保自己記錄的內容不侵害他人權利。
本 App 供個人閱讀筆記之用。請勿利用本 App 從事違法行為，或大量重製、散布受著作權保護的作品內容。
你的資料儲存在你裝置上、本 App 專屬的儲存空間中。解除安裝 App、在系統設定中清除本 App 的應用程式資料、系統在空間不足時自動回收、裝置遺失或損壞，都可能導致資料永久消失，且無法由我們復原。請定期使用 App 內的「匯出備份」自行保存檔案。
本 App 以「現狀」與「現有」方式提供，不附帶任何明示或默示的擔保，包括但不限於適售性、特定目的適用性及不侵權之擔保。我們不保證本 App 永不中斷、永無錯誤，或能滿足你的特定需求。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本 App 所導致的任何間接、附隨、特殊或衍生性損害，包含資料遺失，我們不負賠償責任。本 App 免費提供時，我們的累計賠償責任以零為限；若你曾就本 App 付費，累計賠償責任以你在請求發生前十二個月內實際支付的金額為上限。
部分司法管轄區不允許排除特定擔保或限制責任，於該等情形下，上述限制在法律允許的範圍內適用。
我們可能隨時更新、變更或停止提供本 App。若停止提供，已安裝的版本在你裝置上仍可繼續離線使用，但可能無法再取得更新。請務必保留自己的備份檔案。
本條款如有修改，我們會更新本頁面與上方日期。持續使用本 App 即視為同意修改後的條款。
本條款依香港特別行政區法律解釋，並受香港特別行政區法院之非專屬管轄。若你所在地的強制性消費者保護規定與本條款有所抵觸，以該等規定為優先。

Short version: the app is free today and provided as-is, your content is yours, and backups are your responsibility. Ads or paid features may be added later, with notice.
LazJ Worldbook ("the app") is an offline note-taking tool that runs on your device, provided by LazJ ("we"). The app is currently free, and the current version contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.
The app is not promised to be free forever. We reserve the right to introduce, in future versions:
Before any such change we will update these terms and the Privacy Policy, give notice in the app or on the store listing, and update the "Ads" and "Data safety" declarations on Google Play accordingly.
Anything you have already paid for will not be taken away, and your existing notes will not become paywalled for reading or exporting because ads or paid features were added. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the app after exporting your backup.
If advertising is introduced, ad providers may process device identifiers in order to serve and measure ads; the applicable handling, opt-outs and local-law rights will be governed by the Privacy Policy as updated at that time. Ad content is supplied by those providers, and we are not responsible for the goods or services advertised.
Everything you create in the app belongs entirely to you. We do not obtain, use or access it, and we have no technical means to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that what you record does not infringe anyone else's rights.
The app is intended for personal reading notes. Do not use it for unlawful purposes, or to reproduce or distribute copyrighted works at scale.
Your data is stored on your device, in storage private to this app. Uninstalling the app, clearing its app data in system settings, the system reclaiming storage when space runs low, or a lost or damaged device can destroy it permanently, and we cannot recover it. Use the in-app "Export backup" regularly and keep the files yourself.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your particular requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including loss of data. Where the app is provided free of charge, our aggregate liability is limited to zero; where you have paid for the app, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability; in those cases the above applies to the extent permitted by law.
We may update, change or discontinue the app at any time. If it is discontinued, an installed copy will keep working offline on your device but may no longer receive updates. Keep your own backup files.
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your place of residence.
